rr.ntt.net / NTTCOM no longer mirrors ARIN-WHOIS.

Source: the gin.ntt.net website, and myself as one of the rr.ntt.net administrators.

I am curious: when can this be merged? Until it's merged our listing remains inaccurate... thanks.
