firebase 를 init 하기 위한 provider 생성 #16

firebase 를 컴포넌트 단계에서 초기화하지 않는다.

firebase 를 context api 를 사용해서 provider 단계에서 초기화한다.

이로서 테스트 코드에서도 provider 로 감싸고 테스트를 실행할 수 있도록 한다.
