As a result of https://github.com/irrdnet/irrd-legacy/commit/f4f67eee2800ae863f77d042a553908904cea41b the process to single-source version numbers throughout a release needs to be fixed.

I think a simple ‘major.minor’ version approach like has been done all this time is easiest for users
