modify `calc_gvectors()` in `__gvectors.py` and add examples for `vasp`

Make sure that the for in calc_gvectors() stops when as many plane waves as used in DFT have been generated (with spinor=F)
Add scalar and spinor examples for vasp
Add tests for vasp examples
