I just started experiencing this issue today.
I am using version 0.6.9 of the bluecop amazon add-on and just started getting
this error today. I was watching some tv shows less than 8 hours ago with no
problem. Now, those same shows as well as what appears to be all other shows
are giving this error.

I am also using 0.6.9 of Amazon plugin with the same result--Flash DRM message
followed by failure to play video. This behavior started today and affects
playing all Amazon Prime videos I tried, even ones that worked fine yesterday.
I am using Frodo 12.1 on Win7-64.

Hi All, I am also getting the same issue as of yesterday. It worked fine for me
until yesterday when I got a message This Video uses FLAS_ACCESS DRM and then
"One or more items failed to play Check the log file for details". Any idea why
this suddenly stopped working ?

According to Amazon it may have something to do with a recent Flash upgrade.
Apparently it requires the version to be within the most recent x upgrades.
Maybe the version the plugin uses is too old now and needs updated?

I am also experiencing this issue with the latest version of OpenElec (3.0.1)
and the latest version of the Bluecop repository (1.0.1). Attached is the log
when attempting to view a video on Amazon. I've found that sometimes it
displays the FLASH_ACCESS DRM error message, but others the video just fails to
play silently.
Any advice on how to get the Amazon plugin working again?
Thanks!

I'd also like to add what a terrific plug-in this is.

The issue is because of Amazon enabling DRM for their content. Essentially,
it's not the fault of the addon, it's the fault of the DRM being enabled and
blocking xbmc from viewing the amazon streams.
See here:

You can also write amazon an email and let them know that you want to be able
to view Amazon Prime video on XBMC. Apparently if they get enough emails
forwarded to their Instant Video team, they will look into providing official
support for an Amazon XBMC add-on.
