What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening any show
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see normal full screen, instead see two windowed distorted images side 
by side

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current version on Windows 7 Home Premium. 

Please provide any additional information below.
Worked properly until just a few days ago, then issue started

Nevermind...TV is doing it for all shows, even recorded and OTA. Sorry!
