usermode-setting isn't respected on automatic reconnect

If you set your usermode to '-i' for example and irssi does an automatic reconnection, the usermode won't be set. It's only set on a fresh manual connection.

Irssi tries to get the same usermode back it had before the reconnect, but only adds missing modes, it doesn't remove modes set by the server. (So indeed, a bug.)

you can put umode -i in your autosendcmd as a workaround
