SSL at command line #573

I would like if i can use the -ssl parameter at the connect from the command line.

I am evaluating text based irc clients and the two features I'd most like to see at this point are UTF8 and SSL. It does not look like using irssi to connect to an irc server using SSL and UTF-8 are easily done. It looks possible, but not easy. . . I would vote this feature request up because I think it would make using irssi with SSL easier that it currently is. I could be wrong. If there were a topic in the documentation for setting up irssi to use SSL I would like to find it. Thank you for all of your efforts on this tool!
