irssi + Adobe Photoshop + Microsoft Windows #807

Hi. I've noticed a bug in irssi, the bug is caused via Adobe Photoshop. My Operating System is a 64bit Windows 7 Home Premium.

Basically, when Adobe Photoshop has been open/used for a while - the alt + Act codes do not work on irssi. Only alt + 1 works. The only way to swap to each window is via the arrow keys (I think) and Joining the channel eg: /join #channel (even if you're already in it)

To cure the problem, simply close Photoshop.

I'm not sure if this is the exact problem, but it seems to be it from me. Only photoshop causes this effect from what I've seen.

This is definitely Adobe Photoshop that's causing the issue. I am using CS5. Has there been any further insight into what the problem actually is?
