Hilight the text on the screen, what i'm typing, on-the fly

I'm hoping a feature shortly described in the summary.

So it could work like the "less" utility. When i search in "less", it hilights all the occurences on the screen. I imagined this behaviour in irssi, as i type in the input field, irssi hilights the word (or a part of it) i typed in. Later, it can be use to word completion like nicks, when i type, it hilights, and when i see the correct word, i press tab, and completes.

I attached a screenshot how i imagined this.
