I usually used to set recode as CP949, however, recode doesn't affect anything except for messages by others(only message but still nicknames are broken). So, I try to find some patches, but I can't find it for v0.8.15.
So I made a patch to fix this problem, but still I can't make sure this is a complete patches.

This patches might fix the problem about recode of nickname, and other messages. Anyway..I wish that Irssi team fix this recode problem later. :)
