autoresume works, manual doesn't #897

When I get a DCC SEND from nick and I /dcc resume nick /path it says DCC no file offered by nick however doing /dcc get nick immediately after that works (and overwrites the file)

I used completion and checked that the nicks are correct.

Enabling autoget and autoresume leads to correct resumes with the same file.
