DLL Support #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Could you please put DLL support modifications into every release? 
It seems V-0.3 does not have it. I think, it should part of the base source it 
should not be always a patch.

It is not possible, Chromium Embeded API is not backward compatible.
I am working on the new r149 and r158 API now.

Then please put dll support into the following versions r149 and r158.
