remove ansi.h #61

Most of what it declares we never use; the rest is either empty or declares functions that systems simply declare themselves now.

Please test everywhere and report any system so ancient it needs this.

Finally had a time to came back on the pull request of removing ansi.h. Tested on Ubuntu, Fedora 27, CentOS and Windows.
