Does the bitrate mod only work in auto mode? #71

I have done a lot of tests, I have noticed that the bitrate mod works only if set iso and shutter speed on automatic mode. the address of 1920x1080 100p is 0xABAA14, when I set ISO on 400 the address of resolution change?
