W7 write error #18

I've connected gamepad on W10 with no troubles. After trying on W7 got this:

VendorID=0x2717, ProductID=0x3144, Version=256, DevicePath=\\?\hid#csrhiddevice2

Could not write to gamepad (is it closed?), skipping
0 controllers connected

Could anyone help? Thanks in advance. Trishun

Have the same. Windows Server 2012 Standard.
