File transfers are broken #1621

Single photo sent from Antox to qTox usually fails to arrive.

This is a major problem, because this is a popular feature that is broken.

that's because qTox is broken. It works in uTox

or maybe antox

@GrayHatter I can vouch, sometimes antox sends 0 bytes pictures instead of real size.
