Mode to meet new people, not only talk to already known friends #839

A mode that locates people geographically near you to talk. It searches for someone near you and shows their profile picture. If you accept and the other person accepts, you connect to talk. OPT-IN feature, disabled by default.

Not recommended, people who want encrypted chat probably don't want an option for geographically tracking them.

LapFox: i agree, if i want to be found i can add my plain id to some web portal or where i can be found or i host temporary Tox chat room if i want to talk with public.

As well as this is a hip idea, this shouldn't be a core feature of Tox. Well, that doesn't mean you can develop an external solution which uses Tox hashes to go puplic.

If someone wants to implement this in their client, that's okay, I guess. But not something that should be implemented in the core.
