This pull request adds always up-to-date member count. #91

I made this pull request because I read that you can get the number of people in a Discord server with an API. I decided to make a program that fetches the number and puts it on the website, so that it is always up to date!

Discord member count is not accurate; Some are spam/unverified.

Okay, got it! I have updated the code to show the number of volunteers.
