This pull request is to add some touch-ups to the ICC website.
The first change was to add spacing on pages so that the navigation bar does not overlap.
The second change fixes the overcrowded navigation bar on a specific screen size. This is the navigation bar before:

The third change adds a darker background on the pop-up for the donatons. It also closes the box when you click outside of it, and it puts more focus on the donations.
