create a slide deck to outline scheduled hands on activities

Hands on session introduction. Review the following with attendees:

1. review what attendees will learn from the current lab
2. set expectation that attendees will learn the most by following along with hands on, however this is optional
3. set expectation we'll review outcomes and instructor will walk thru the lab exercise during the session
4. set expectation that end of session will be for Q&A

Review pre-reqs with attendees:

• access to internet to download consul binary
• min hardware resources to allow usage
• option to use embedded environment as a backup (but attendees run locally if possible to maximize learning)
