We do not understand what is meant by "the tag field is only either interviewer or applicant". It would have benefitted us if the tester gave some description for what they expect from the diagram

A person can only have 1 tag, either Interviewer or Applicant assigned to themselves therefore, there should not be an "*" at Tag.
