Problem with installation

Hi, excited to have a look at this but I cannot currently get it to install. Any idea what is wrong?

This is quite strange. Try cloning the repository. open the project in RStudio and install.

Please report the result.

This worked thanks - OK so in case anyone else has this problem try: git clone https://github.com/irycisBioinfo/PATO then open the pato.Rproj in Rstudio, then:

library(devtools)
install()
