Duplicated Main Compliant Screen #123

If the main compliant was registered already in the sequence of the patient creation it should not appear as an empty input box once again when user performs an action of adding patient to the waiting list. This should happen only, if the main compliant information would be missing.

This is the same issue: https://github.com/iryonetwork/wwm/issues/117. Clicking "add to waiting list" creates every time completely new waitlist item.
