HTTP Proxy Authentication

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setdefaultproxy(PROXY_TYPE_HTTP,"IP",12345,True,"USERNAME","PASSWD

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Can you support HTTP Proxy Authentication? I understand the original version is 
not supported, but it would be really nice if your version support it. Right 
now, I got:
  File "socks.py", line 378, in connect
    self.__negotiatehttp(destpair[0], destpair[1])
  File "socks.py", line 344, in __negotiatehttp
    raise HTTPError((statuscode, statusline[2]))
 socks.HTTPError: (407, 'Proxy Authentication Required').

merged into this repo "soon".
