Got this error today:

Would you please send the following to me (Yoshinori.Matsunobu@gmail.com)?

- Whole MHA error log
- MHA version (both manager and node package)
- MySQL master and slave version
- MHA config file
- The reason why SQL thread stopped in db02 (SHOW SLAVE STATUS output or MySQL 
error logs)
