./ddlscan check for tables having foreign keys to other schemas #565

1. To which tool/application/daemon will this feature apply?

bin/ddlscan

2. Describe the feature in general

It would be useful for parallel apply if we could easily check whether tables 
in a particular schema have foreign keys that reference tables from other 
schemas.

3. Describe the feature interface

./ddlscan -template ddl-check-foreign-fkeys.vm

4. Give an idea (if applicable) of a possible implementation

Blocker: we need to check whether JDBC driver provides metadata about foreign 
keys at all.
