I just add 3.14 in file /data/metadata.json.in , it is work very well in gnome3.14. elopez's pull request also can solve this problem.

This extension seems to be unmaintained, I have moved to https://github.com/UshakovVasilii/gnome-shell-extension-freon and it works fine
