Add Chinese translation #90

Add Chinese translation(.po and .mo)

Thanks for your contribution.

To merge this I would like to ask if you could remove the .mo file and instead add the language code of your language to to po/LINGUAS so that the build file can create it.

Also it seems like there is no translation for the 'N/A' key. Is there reason why you left this out?

I removed .mo file and add the translation of N/A. Thank for your advise.
