KAMI.sln will not build even with .NET Runtime 5.0 #21

error : The project file cannot be opened. Unable to locate the .NET SDK. Check that it is installed and that the version specified in global.json (if any) matches the installed version.

After talking on discord I believe this issue is resolved. In any case it has to do with a broken dotnet installation, and is thus not a KAMI issue.
