[Bug] (1.7.0-beta.3) GPD Win Max 2 controller not detected

Current Behaviour

The built in controller on the GPD Win Max 2 is not detected at all in 1.7.0-beta.3. There is nothing in the logs regarding detection of the controller, or an error in the mod.

Prior to this version, it was detected and worked as an unmapped joystick device OOTB, and by editing the "gamecontrollerdb.txt" file in the mod's .jar file the controller was then properly detected as an XBox Controller with the right mapping.

Right now, the "gamecontrollerdb.txt" is updated in this commit, so the mapping should be correct if the controller showed up, but something else broke the detection completely (maybe this?)

Expected Behaviour

The GPD Win Max 2 controller is detected and properly mapped as an XBox Controller.

2. See no button guides
3. Go to Options... --> Controls... --> Controller Settings... and see no controller detected
