When going to settings for the first time and saying no to downloading libraries, a blank dirt screen is shown. The user can get out of it by pressing Esc and subsequent launches will show proper settings.

Reproduction Steps
1) Use 1.7.0-beta.1+1.20 or later (1.7.0+1.20.3 is still affected)
2) Set the config up in a way that prompts the libraries only when going to settings
3) Go to settings
4) Say no
5) Blank dirt screen, still hearing the music and the game itself is not "frozen"
6) Any subsequent launches to the Controlify settings will work

Current Behaviour
When going to settings for the first time and saying no to downloading libraries, a blank dirt screen is shown. The user can get out of it by pressing Esc and subsequent launches will show proper settings.

Reproduction Steps
1) Use 1.7.0-beta.1+1.20 or later (1.7.0+1.20.3 is still affected) 2) Set the config up in a way that prompts the libraries only when going to settings 3) Go to settings 4) Say no 5) Blank dirt screen, still hearing the music and the game itself is not "frozen" 6) Any subsequent launches to the Controlify settings will work
