In the beta release of CAV there are references to CCCEV. Is that to CCCEV version 1.0? Or another version?

As I do not find cccev:ReferenceFramework back in version 1.0 (see https://github.com/SEMICeu/CCCEV/blob/master/releases/1.00/core_evidence_and_core_criterion_vocabulary_version_1.0.0.png).

Also derivesFrom between cccev:Criterion and cccev:ReferenceFramework is not defined in CAV. Is that part of cccev?
