[Bug Report] Inconsistency detected by ld.so ... Assertion `listp != NULL' failed!

Hi,

Over the past week, I am encountering the following error after simulation start up:

[2.483s] [ext: omni.isaac.kit-1.13.2] startup
[2.483s] [ext: omni.isaac.cloner-0.8.1] startup
[2.484s] [ext: isaaclab.python.headless-1.2.0] startup
[2.485s] Simulation App Starting
Inconsistency detected by ld.so: ../elf/dl-tls.c: 618: _dl_allocate_tls_init: Assertion `listp != NULL' failed!

I have no fix, except to keep entering the same command until it eventually works. Not sure if this is an Isaac Sim or Lab issue.
