[Question] traffic signals support #217

Question

We would like to develop algorithms for human in traffic environment interaction, such as performing path planning for humanoid robots in a traffic environment.

So, can orbit implements the function for humanoid agent to perceive traffic signals? This is the main concern if we choose orbit as a development platform.
