Ts&Cs On Registration Page (FrontEnd)

On the registration page there should be a terms & conditions section so we can adhere to GDPR:

• Tell the user what data we are collecting
• Tell the user how we are using their data
• Tell the user where their data is going

User shouldn't be allowed to register until the terms and conditions are accepted
