26 Add Svelteguard

Changes

Added arrays for trainer only routes + member only routes in hook.server.js
Added isTrainer() and isMember() methods to database handler to check whether user is a trainer / member.
If user is not trainer and route in array for trainer routes redirect to home.
If user is not member and route in array for member routes redirect to home.
Made userdash and trainerdash non-static so that a server request is sent on navigation, activating the hooks route protection.
