"p" and "t" command r not working but "x" is fine...?

after I type "p10" or "t10", nothing is moving and I have to type "A" to make the "x100" working....

And how could I set up the EEPROM values like u said in "TODOS" ?

setting up all value and "m16" and "U" then restart.
