Wrong image zoom in floating panel #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. IE9 scaled to 150%
2. In the new web-interface (http://www.ispyconnect.com/watch_new.aspx) click a 
camera (in Time Line or Watch All)
3. A floating image pop-up is shown (with zoom/move dials and 
On/Video/Photo/Record/CP/Execute commands).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We expect the image to fill the image area. Instead we see a reduced size 
image, probably the size 100/150 (100%/150%).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
We see this on several web browsers and operating systems. Currently we are 
using Windows 7 64 bit with IE9.

Please provide any additional information below.
