Navigation does not resume last route after a crash

What steps will reproduce the problem?
If waze-qt is restarted after crashing during navigation, the following prompt 
appears on the screen:
"Navigation discontinued before reaching destination. Would you like to resume 
last route?"
Tap "Yes".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected navigation to resume, but it does not.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.0.9-28 on Nokia N9 PR1.3

Please provide any additional information below.
If waze-qt is closed normally during navigation and then restarted, the same 
prompt as above appears and after tapping "Yes", navigation does resume.

This is reported as fixed in v0.0.9-29 -> can you please verify?

After uninstalling v0.0.9-28, removing the ~/MyDocs/.waze directory, and then 
installing v0.0.9-29, I have been able to resume the last route after a crash.

I spoke too soon, problem sometimes occurs in v0.0.9-30.
It may be that I didn't test v0.0.9-29 long enough.

Can title be changed to "Navigation does not always resume last route after a 
crash", please?

After a crash, if I tap Yes to resume the route it does not resume, however, if 
I leave it to time out and default to Yes, it does resume the route.
