I don't know if checkbox is checked

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. my first time using
2. open settings' 
3. buttons shows 'on', I don't now if this mean 'on' or 'click me to on'

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
use checkbox instead, well know user interface

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
wazeqt MeeGo, v0.0.11

Please provide any additional information below.
I don't know if this is waze behavior or MeeGo qt behavior
