Latest is not giving voice quidance on Nokia N9 #24

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install
2. Try
3. Sad

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to hear guidances, hear nothing, thied 3 random language settings.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
waze_0.0.12_armel.deb on N9

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried to strace, waze successfully opens sound files.
