Failed to communicate with server #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Touch Drive To
2. Select a destination
3. Wait

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of drawing the new route it shows me a message saying "Failed to 
Communicate with Routing Server". Actually since I installed this program a 
week ago I have never seen routing to work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
updated 1-Oct   cannot find version number

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm finding that I'm connecting with the server during my morning commute.  
However, my comute home has not been connecting to a server between 4:30PM EST 
to 6:00Pm
