Order purchase flow loaders do not animate smoothly #118

Describe the bug In the order purchase flow, when transitioning from the OrderPending to OrderSuccess screens, several loaders flash in succession, over top of one another.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Submit new order with valid payment method
  2. See error

Expected behavior The loading sequence should be smooth, with only a single loader visible at a time.
