added background #302

I don't think this is ready to implement yet. If possible, just get each individual store (as separate files, no background, no sidewalk) into the assets. The stores should be separate and go on top of the background, not be a part of it. Remember that the game also takes place at night. If you need to, you can still add this new background into the assets and just leave the old background as the current one being used.
