Brazilian Portuguese localization #59

I made a Brazilian Portuguese messages.json. I didn't do a PR because I'm not sure if there are any other changes that need to be made to the extension for the locale to work, and because I'm new to PRs.

I also need more contextual information on "Manage Annotations Restored Cache" (line 65-66), does "Annotations Restored" mean the extension name ("Annotations Restored") or "Manage restored cache of the annotations"? My choice for the phrase meaning was the extension name.

Always happy with the addition of new locales! The messages.json file should be all the changes that are needed.

As for the additional context needed: the former is correct. It would be Annotations Restored as in the name of the extension. I'd be happy to accept a PR with these changes :)
