Implement the ability to define units and conversions using speech recognition. #26

Free form speech inputs will need to be processed to separately identify numeric and unit components. When specifying the unit components using speech, the user should be able to construct arbitrary compound units consisting of other exponentiated units joined using multiplication and/or division.

Once a conversion has been computed, the user can optionally received the result through synthesized speech.
