ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement settings (from versions: none) ERROR: No matching distribution found for settings

No problem! You habe to copy the guild ID (server ID) from a server where you want to be able to control the bot and paste that guild ID into the GUILD_ID variable. After that you have to create a new application using the discord developer program and it will give you a token. That would be the bot token. Once pasted in your program you're good to go! Just compile it and as soon as the python program starts it should send a message to the discord server you copied the guild id from

Should i start app from zip?

Try opening a CLI (cmd, bash or powershell) and executing following command: pip install -r requirements Make sure to be in the same directory as the requirements.txt

If you've got a zip file you would have to unzip it. It should have atleast the .py file and the requirements.txt in the directory
