[Feature request] Word count on new window (or pop-out window.) #53

Problem

New window doesn't have sidebar, which means, you cannot see the word count offered by the plugin.

I'd love to have word count on new window.

Idea

The best way would be just having status bar on a new window. Simple and easy, but as it seems nearly impossible for s ome reason i cannot fathom,

It would be great if we could add word count on tap title. or even better; view header title (the one that appears when hovered). or just any space of the editor so we could write and check the word count on a pop-up window.

@somehowko I don't understand. Can you screenshot what you mean by "new window"?

If you're looking for a word count in the editor pane, I recommend the "Better Word Count" plugin. This plugin exclusively shows counts in the File Explorer pane.
