can't use saved replies in PR review summaries #1243

(This is one of several issues with the text editor for PR review summaries.)

Saved replies are great, but it's not possible to use them when writing the Review summary in a pull request review:

Thanks for writing in!

I don't show that we are planning to offer using saved replies for a review summary this year, but I have added it to our internal Feature Request List.

We can't say if/when we may add a feature, but I'll make sure the request is in the right hands!
